All three will be Seniors at Boston University and compete on the BU
Varsity sailing team. They are the recipients of one of the
inaugural ILCA Boat Grants and thanks to Hugh Armbruster at Nickels
Boatworks will be Sailing a brand new Nickels this summer. Look for
Bobby to be fleet racing with the Riverton Fleet and look for Bobby,
Erin and Ben at a number of events this summer: CAD Districts,
ACC's, Canadian Open, and North Americans.
They are very excited and
grateful for the opportunity the class has given them.

Bobby Martin is a native of
Riverton, NJ and a decent of the Lippincott family. Lightning
sailors who were at Miami might better recognize Bobby with a
hula-hoop around his waist as he won the men's division of the
hula-hoop contest!

Erin Kilcline, an avid dinghy
sailor, is new to Lightnings but grew up sailing in Barrington, RI.

Ben Spiller grew up in
Sheboygan, WI and is a familiar face to many Lightning sailors. Ben
has participated
in recent North American Championships and Junior NAs.
