  • There are 7 places for foreign delegations. If they bring their own boats quotas are increased

We need to know by May 31, how many crews are planning to come.

Some crews have called with interest in renting, however it is very important for us to know if any country can bring boats. We currently have 10 boats in very good condition, which in principle can be allocated to countries competing.

How to get to Paracas, the style LOW COST,

Step 1: GET TO LIMA
Airport Jorge Chavez (LIM), which has direct routes from Buenos Aires, Santiago, Guayaquil, Bogota, Sao Paolo and Rio, not to mention from USA via Houston, Miami or New York.

TIPS LOW COST.
Chile and Colombia have low cost options (USD250 round trip)

Ecuador if you want to come in backpack plan, you have options bus (24 hour trip and $ 100 one-way stretch), bed bus seat reclines 180 degrees.
And if you want to go live,
You go on a busecito to Huaquillas https://www.facebook.com/recepcion.transfrosur and then you go by taxi to Tumbes (US $ 20) and buy passage on LAN from Tumbes to Lima (approx USD $ 160) round trip

Other countries have no info on how to fly cheapie.

STEP 2: Exit the airport to Lima
After passing security with luggage there are several taxi companies which charge:
US $ 20 per car or $ 30 for a van / minivan to San Isidro, or Barranco.
Taxi recommend Green http://www.taxigreen.com.pe pay right there with credit / debit

STEP 3: Arrive in Paracas
Those who wish, I can get a taxi or mini van trusted, it will cost approximately $ 150 per one-way stretch back.
I think the best option is traveling by Bus (USD $ 25) http://www.cruzdelsur.com.pe/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIieeImLOD2wIVVgeGCh1VtAkyEAAYASAAEgKMifD_BwE are really comfortable buses. Find out from the Javier Prado terminal. Moving in Lima taxi is easy and cheap. Uber works very well and there are several apps by taxis. If you want I can recommend trusted taxi company, which may be accompanied by hours per day and PC. Rate directly manage them.

STEP 4: STAYING IN PARACAS
In this issue, there is really no problems. There are 3 5 star hotels and lots of hotels ranging from USD $ 25 a night up to $ 150 a night. Obviously air BnB is also very good choice.

Paracas all is in walking distance, look for hotels that are in the "El Chaco". Those who do not care and just need a bed, hot water and fan, can use https://zarcillo-paradise.com you can get rates USD $ 25 double room. It does not include breakfast. TripAdvisor can find plenty of options.

Airbnb those renting apartments are in New Condo Paracas, if a little farther from the Yacht Club Peruano is. Take your taxi for $ 2 - 3 dollars to the club.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is very cheap. The club has very good facilities and good showers, so there is no roll around. http://www.yachtclubperuano.com/web/index.php/organizacion/sede-paracas
Places to eat and breakfast are everywhere. Average $ 10 to $ 15 per meal. Rum and pisco is quite cheap too, but if you want to bring your inventory Duty free, also applies.

Jimena Gaviño, (  jimenagavino@gmail.com   ) coordinate issues of transport, buses, hotels, logistics, consulting, etc.

If someone wants to sleep in Lima upon arriving or departing, we can help with good hotel rates. Airbnb remains always the best option.

Do not forget to confirm which countries and how many crews are planning to come.
To date we have only received official confirmation:
