The ILCA Class Office uses PayPal to process membership fees and other charges. Payment can be
made using your credit card or through your PayPal account. Select one of the membership types below.
You will then be taken to a screen where you can fill in your membership information. You can apply for
multiple memberships before checkout and payment, make a donation to the ILCA or pay your Fleet's dues.

The printed Flashes is the ILCA newsletter produced three times per year and requires a paid subscription. Every member will receive an e-mail notification with an imbedded link to the electronic color version of the ILCA newsletters.

Active Membership with eFlashes and Yearbook on CD

An Active Member must be either an owner or part-owner of a Lightning. An Active Member is privileged to hold office, to vote and to skipper a Lightning in accordance with the By-Laws.

Associate Membership (non-boat owners) with eFlashes and Yearbook on CD

An Associate Member must be a non-owner of a Lightning. He/she may be enrolled as part
of the crew of a specific boat and may skipper in any sanctioned or non-sanctioned race of
regatta. An Associate Member cannot vote or hold office.

Crew Membership with eFlashes

A Crew Member must be a non-owner of a Lightning. He/she may be enrolled as part of the crew of a specific boat and may skipper in Fleet races and any non-sanctioned races and regattas only. A Crew Member cannot vote or hold office.

The Member Partner Program is a Win-Win for You, the ILCA and

We would like to encourage all of our members who have not already done so to become US SAILING members.
