The ILCA Class Office is now using PayPal to process membership fees and other charges.
Payment can be made using your credit card or through your PayPal account. Select one of the
membership types below. You will then be taken to a screen where you can fill in your membership
information. You can apply for multiple memberships before checkout and payment, make a
donation to the ILCA or pay your Fleet's dues.

The Flashes is the ILCA newsletter produced ten times per year.  Every member will receive an
e-mail notification of the publication of the newsletter with an imbedded link to the electronic color
version.  If you prefer that a printed copy be mailed to your home, please select the “Paper Flashes”
option below.  The paper Flashes are printed in black and white.

If you prefer to submit your membership application form  through the mail, select one of the
print options below.

Active Membership with e-Flashes and Yearbook $45
An Active Member must be either an owner or part-owner of a Lightning. An Active Member
is privileged to hold office, to vote and to skipper a Lightning in accordance with the By-Laws.
Active Membership with Paper Flashes and Yearbook $57
Associate Membership (non-boat owners) with e-Flashes and Yearbook $26
An Associate Member must be a non-owner of a Lightning. He/she may be enrolled as part
of the crew of a specific boat and may skipper in any sanctioned or non-sanctioned race or
regatta. An Associate Member cannot vote or hold office.
Associate Membership (non-boat owners) with Paper Flashes and Yearbook $38
Crew Membership with e-Flashes $10
A Crew Member must be a non-owner of a Lightning. He/she may be enrolled as part of the
crew of a specific boat and may skipper in Fleet races and and non-sanctioned races and
regattas only. A Crew Member cannot vote or hold office.
