Dear Governing Board Member:
The next Governing Board Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 17 at 1200 Eastern Time (US and Canada).
The meeting will be held virtually via the Zoom Web Platform ( www.zoom.us ) There are no items up for vote.
As a Governing Board Member (Executive Committee, Vice President or District Commodore), we hope you will be in attendance at the meeting. If you will not be able to attend you are welcome to appoint an alternate representative in your place. In addition, if you would like to invite someone to attend, please contact the Class Office and an invite/ registration link will be extended to that individual.
You will need to REGISTER IN ADVANCE for the meeting. Once you register you will then be emailed a meeting id and link to attend.
If you have any trouble registering for the meeting please let me know and I'll walk you through the process.
If you have any questions or would like to be added to the agenda please contact President David Starck or myself.
The agenda and meeting reports will be sent out a few days prior to the meeting. With the meeting be held virtually, it will be a lot easier and more efficient if Vice Presidents and District Commodores could send in a short report updating the group on what is happening in your area. Please submit reports by end of day Monday, September 8th.
Reports can be short and simple, or more detailed. If you submitted a recent report for the Annual Meeting and you would like to use that same report please let me know.
If you are no longer a District Commodore please let me know as soon as possible so I can update the database and get the invitation out to the new representative.
