Dear Governing Board Member:
REMINDER - the next Governing Board Meeting is scheduled for TOMORROW! - Wednesday, September 2 at 1200 Eastern Time (US and Canada).
At the meeting, we'd like to stray a bit off of our regular agenda to get input from you on identifying who are the people in your district or fleets that are "sparkplugs".
The folks who keep things going in the fleet, come up with new/fun ideas for fleet camaraderie or participation, etc. Who are they, and how do we nourish them? How do we cultivate new sparkplugs? How do we re-energize fleets that may be slipping? We also want to be sure they are signed up for the Fleet/District Leaders Forum.
This is obviously a long-term discussion, but we'd like to start it now. Please give it some thought, and we'll try to devote at least 15-20 min at the Governing Board meeting to get ideas started. Thanks!

The meeting will be held virtually via the Zoom Web Platform. There are no items up for vote.
As a Governing Board Member (Executive Committee, Vice President or District Commodore) we hope you will be in attendance at the meeting. If you will not be able to attend you are welcome to appoint an alternate representative in your place. In addition, if you would like to invite someone to attend, please contact the Class Office and an invite/ registration link will be extended to that individual.
You will need to REGISTER IN ADVANCE for the meeting. Once you register you will then be emailed a meeting id and link to attend.
