Two By-Law Amendments Passed at Annual Winter Meeting

The Annual Winter Meeting of Members took place on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 1100 Eastern Time via a Virtual Meeting using the ZOOM Platform.
Fifty percent of active Fleets were present or voted via proxy, meeting the minimum for quorum of twenty-five percent.
The following By-Law Amendments were voted upon and both PASSED and are in affect:
First, a proposed dues increase for Active Skipper, Associate and Crew Dues Membership Dues Increase Proposal
Second, an electronics policy proposal Electronic Policy Change Proposal
