Junior sailors cannot turn 21 by 12/31/2024.
Master Skippers must turn 55 years of age by 12/31/2024 and have a total combined age of 130 or more by 12/31/2024.   

Please be sure to officially register per the NOR. Also use the Yacht Scoring page as a crew/boat finder too.
