Just because this weekend is the last SELD District Regatta of the season, don't put your boat away! Now is the time to sail. Now is the time to start thinking about putting a team together to practice for next season. Try a new crew out, practice more with your regular crew. Get in extra time so you are ready for 2020.

With the 2021 Lightning Worlds being held in the SELD at Carolina Yacht Club - Wrightsville Beach the qualifiers for this regatta will take place at the 2020 North American Championship that will be held in August at the Edgewater YC in Cleveland, OH. Take the time to prepare you and your crew over the next 10 months. There are some great sailing opportunities this winter in Florida. One regatta a month from November through March. Want to leave your boat down south, let us know, we can help you make arrangements.

More information on these regattas is listed below. Any questions, call Laura in the Class Office. 727-942-7969 or email: office@lightningclass.org
