Dear Governing Board Member:
We hope you are well during this difficult time. The class office is still open and we are conducting regular business, even though many of our events and regattas are being postponed or canceled.
Since we were unable to hold our meeting at the Southern Circuit in March we have rescheduled the Governing Board Meeting to Saturday, April 18th at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (US and Canada).
The meeting will be held virtually via the Zoom Web Platform ( www.zoom.us )
You will need to REGISTER IN ADVANCE for the meeting. Once you register you will then be emailed a meeting id and link to attend.
If you have any trouble registering for the meeting please let me know and I'll walk you through the process.
If you have any questions or would like to be added to the agenda please contact President Hugh Hutchison or myself.
The agenda and meeting reports will be sent out a few days prior to the meeting. With the meeting be held virtually, it will be a lot easier and more efficient if Vice Presidents and District Commodores could send in a short report updating the group on what is happening in your area. Please submit reports by end of day Sunday, April 12th.
Reports can be short and simple, or more detailed.
If you are no longer a District Commodore please let me know as soon as possible so I can update the database and get the invitation out to the new representative.
