2019 Lightning Worlds in Finland
Based upon the accepted US invitations to the 2019 Lightning World Championship the Executive Committee has voted to open the 3 remaining slots to skippers who satisfy the San Diego NA's Non-Competing Registration component after the fact with a donation to the ILCA Limbaugh Fund equal to the Non-Competing Registration amount of $299.

These slots are now open and will be filled first come, first served, confirmed with a shipping deposit of $1,000 and the $299 Limbaugh Fund donation.
