Regatta Winners
Team Tamayo are the 2019 Colombian National Champions. The team won the final 2 races and overcame Team Uzcategui by 1 point. Team Valenzuela finished 3rd in 7 race series.
Tricky winds at the King's Day Regatta proved challenging for the 20 boat fleet. Team Proctor sailed most consistent to finish 1st. Team Oetgen and Team Powell moved up into second and third on the final day.
Team Velez from ECU wins the 65th South American Championship. Team Davidson from the USA moved up to second by finishing just ahead of Team Santos from ECU in the final race of the series. Team Herman moved up to 4th and was the top female skipper. Team Cloos from ARG finished fifth and was our top youngest skipper.
Team Baxter won the tie breaker against young Olin Humphrey and Team for the win at the Jubilee Regatta Team Buziak finished third in the 5 race series.
UPDATED! The last regatta for the Dixie District was the Fall Fling Regatta. Team Neuman won with 3 firsts and Team Buczkowski posted all 2's for second place. Team Alman won the tie with Team Darrah for third. Read the full report.
