April 29 -Join us in celebrating the volunteers who make the International Lightning Class Association possible. During Volunteer Appreciation Week, members recognized those who went above and beyond to support and grow the class. Read their Member Spotlights and more here!.
April 25 - Mitch Hnatt, Ryan Stagaard and Maureen Fesler won the 63rd Annual Long John Regatta with 8 points! The weather window didn't look great but Saturday turned out to be a fun day out on the water and all 5 races of the scheduled regatta were sailed. Team Proctor finished in second with 12 points and Team Harrington rounded out the top 3 with 17 points.

March 22 - MENDELBATT, PROCTOR, STARCK DOMINATE AT SOUTHERN CIRCUIT! That’s a wrap for the 2026 Lightning Southern Circuit! Team Mendelbatt wins the Winter Championship in St Petersburg, Florida, and Team Proctor wins the Deep South Regatta in Savannah, Georgia. Congratulations to David Starck & Team for winning the overall Southern Circuit.
