Regatta Winners

We are back on the board! Racing resumed in Charleston with 8 boats on the line for the James Island Regatta. Lenny Krawcheck won the 5 race series. Drew Lisicki pulled ahead of Will Sloger who was OCS in R4. The High School Team headed by Carson Shaw made their Lightning debut. 
Jun 20-21                                            Results
Jose Hackerott has qualified to sail the Youth Worlds for a 3rd time by winning the 10 race Brazilian Jr National Championship with his crew Felipe Costa and Martin Chao. Teams Peixoto and Bernal finished 2nd and 3rd and will also represent BRA in Sheboygan in June.     
Feb 29- Mar 1                                   Results
Team Proctor wins the FL Winter Series with just 9 points. Team Bauman moved into second after the 4th and final regatta. Team Schneider finishes third. 44 teams participated in the series! 
                               Final Series Results
Team Starck wins the Helly Hensen St Pete NOOD Regatta. Team Faude wins the tie for second over Tanner Probst and his team. Lightnings were the largest one design fleet in the multi class regatta. Team Starck also won the big prize and will represent the St Pete regatta in October in the Caribbean. 
Feb 14-16                          Results
With consistency Team Uscategui wins the 30th Annual Salinas Tomine Regatta. Team Team Santos wins race 5 to solidify second and Team Tamayo won race 6 to move into third. Great racing in Colombia!
