Subject: Annual Meeting Notice & Proxy Ballot - August 30, 2023 Meeting

Dear Fleet Captain:
 
 The Annual Meeting of the International Lightning Class Association will be held virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at 1200 Eastern Time. 

One item is up for vote/approval. Please review the PDF document link prior to voting. 
 
 
Please return your ballot ASAP. We need to assure that we have a quorum for the meeting and can conduct the business of electing officers for 2023-2024. You will have the opportunity to change your vote if you wish during the meeting. If you are no longer the Fleet Captain please notify the Class Office as soon as possible.
 
As a reminder, all personal and Fleet Membership Dues must be current in order for votes to be counted. 
 
You will need to log in to the FLEET Membership account. If you have trouble doing that please send me an email ( office@lightningclass.org ) I can re-set the Fleet Login and password for you. Or if it is easier, simply send me an email with your vote of yes, approve - no, disapprove - Proxy to the Meeting Chair or designated representative  - or abstain. 
 

The meeting will be held virtually via the Zoom Platform. You will need to Register in advance for this meeting: 

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
